I ordered in Dec. my MN Dr Pen M8. It will not keep charged only after the second time trying to charge it. I tried contacting someone from contact card that was in closed in package. No one is responding back to my email. I just want to replace it . Could someone contact me please!
I'm following back up on my experience they did contact me back and sent me a new one in place of the defective one.
