Great! The only brand I would trust with such an intense "at-home procedure" like microneedling. I think the packaging is legit and consistent with all the Dr. Pen products online so don't worry about receiving a dangerous knock-off. This was my first experience with microneedling and it was pretty straight forward. Cordless pen which is a must-have especially for newbies, last thing you want to do is wrestle with a cord while doing the procedure and risk bad application process or even contamination of touching the cord to your hands/face unknowingly.
This doesn't include extensive instructions so definitely do your research before using, videos preferred by me tbh and dr pen has some online. Also doesn't come with any extensive medical supplies (gloves, numbing cream, sterilizing alcohols) nor product to use in conjunction (often hyaluronic acid for skin, gentle cleaners, restoration for the days following). You will unfortunately become dependent on the needles for future purchase since they're obviously not reusable.
I am unfamiliar with the market for this particular item and thus cannot assess "value for product" sufficiently. For electronic devices like this, longevity and maintenance will be the major concern. First impressions, will update if I find further benefits or issues w/ more use in the future.
