I have tried a number of micro-needling devices and in my opinion the Dr. Pen M8 is one of if not the best. It’s very easy to use and the controls allow you to adjust the speed etc. This kit comes with several needles cartridges. The lower the number the more intense the procedure. So lower number needles are better for scarring and other skin issues. That said, I would suggest watching videos and reading literature on how to do it and going slow when starting micro-needling as the kit does not come with detailed instructions. There are marked variations on price on this unit depending on where you buy it, so it’s a good idea to comparison shop. The Dr. Pen M8 is not cheap, but if you have good results from it, it’s well worth it.
