The derma pen runs smoothly and quietly. It uses a bayonet mount system for the microneedle cartridges. It comes with three 12-pin and three 36-pin cartridges. They are well-made and factory sealed in individual sterile packages. It also comes with a plastic organizer case, USB charging cable and power adapter. Overall, I'm pleased with this derma pen. It is solidly built and easy to use. It comes with 6 cartridges to get you started. You may want to do some research on the appropriate needle depth for different parts of the face and the types of treatment you desire. A numbing cream may also be helpful. Anyway, this works great for me. High adjustability and precision. Good product.
