My wife ordered this Hydro pen months ago but has been afraid to try it because of the needles. She used it today and is so mad at herself for taking this long to do so. She says that the instructions were very easy to understand, and that after she had adjusted the needle to her preferred setting and added her favorite serum, it didn't hurt like she expected. Her skin did feel a little irritated afterwards, but she quoted "no pain no gain". The irritation only lasted about an hour and that it really just felt itchy not painful.
