Being new to micro-needling at home, I was hoping there would be more in-depth instructions on how to best do it and also things to avoid, as not to hurt myself. I spent a while looking online before trying it, and boy does this have a steep learning curve - even on the face. I used it for a month and haven't noticed a difference yet. I hope it does something, as I'm getting lines and wrinkles I was hoping this would smooth out. I'll update this if I see a benefit. Note: This is my honest opinion and I hope my experience with the item helps you in your decision.
