I use this as part of my hair-regrowth protocol along with minoxidil/rogaine and I've had incredible results! I have hundreds of baby hairs growing in around my hairline and temples after just a couple months of treatment. I expect more gains with continued use. This is definitely the nicest derma roller I've been able to use so far. I like that it comes with a little storage container, because I tend to throw these things loose into a drawer which always ends up bending the pins. Overall a solid choice if you're in the market for a roller!

I have purchased several microneedling pens, a few Dr. Pens several years ago. I feel this is a trusted brand. I am a licensed esthetician and if you are not, please use caution. I do not feel these should be in the hands of unexperienced people. It would be to your benefit to read some books or take a class because if used improperly, microneedling can cause bruising, scars, infections. I like that this pen came with a few needle options. I really like the nano needles. They are great to start while getting comfortable with the device. The device is easy to use and I'm very happy with this model. I have used Dr. Pen on numerous occasions to train new estheticians and this one will be used for that as well.

I like that I can use these replacement cartridges to replace the old cartridges that go on my pen. They fit properly. They are name brand. Not too cheap. Exactly what I expected.

This is the first time I have ever tried this type of product. I was intrigued when I learned about it on a YT video and have come to appreciate it. I do believe the efficacy of the product is there, my face skin feels much smoother and I truly believe its adds to the absorption of my daily serums that I use. It seems daunting to use at first, but it really is quite simple. There is very minimal penetration that takes place, making this a great entry level Pen to start using. I would recommend starting off easy on one location of your skin to see how you tolerate it, using it before bed time is best. This Pen is very well made, seems solid and quality built. IT comes with several replacement cartridges which makes this a cost effective product over the long run.

I decided to try one of these after hearing alot of positive reviews. So far it's an easy part of my knightly routine. No pain, and it's just another great and easy skin care product to add to my everyday routine. I personally haven't experienced any irritation afterwards, but I do slather on a cooling serum afterwards.

This Dr Pen A10 Microneedling Pen is a smaller kit that's good for beginners. There are only a few cartridges, but enough variety to try out. Despite it being less complicated than the larger pen, this pen basically delivers similar result. I also think the A10 is slightly lighter than other models, but the battery is still good for a whole session. The cartridges in this kit will run out soon, but there are many replacements cartridges available. A great starter kit with an excellent device.

The derma roller works very well, and it is easy to clean! It is very sleek and it is very nice quality!

Although I'm reviewing this 0.25mm derma roller, the link seems to go to a derma pen for some reason. I've bought derma rollers in the past for my alopecia. This derma roller seems to have nice, sturdy needles that are just the right length to "wake up" my hair shaft and get the blood moving to stimulate hair growth. So far, with a combination of a couple other things suggested by my dermatologist, I am able to regrow, albeit at a slow pace, my hair in the crown area. My hair growth is slow and I understand it won't happen overnight, but I am patient and with the help of this derma roller, I expect the positive results to continue! Again, I am not reviewing the Hair Pen that this page is connected to. I am strictly reviewing the 0.25mm derma roller that was sent to me via the Vine Program. I'll update as necessary but so far, this derma roller (not the pen) is helping me a lot!

A great way to get healthier skin at home! A new modern trend is taking over. and this pen allows you to do it at home! there are 5 diff speeds depending on your wants and needs. Very easy to set up and start on your facial skin. Takes 5 min to setup. Good price.

I mean, it seems to function as it's supposed to, as far as rolling smoothly and easily around my face. It even seems to encourage blood flow, since my face is reddened for a short while after use. But I've been trying it almost daily for a few weeks now, and I don't see any kind of difference in my skin, so I'm just not sure what to think about it's effectiveness.

I recently tried the Microneedling Pen with 5 speeds, and I'm impressed with the results. The adjustable speeds provide flexibility for different skin needs, and the overall experience was comfortable. It's become a valuable addition to my skincare routine, and I can already see improvements in skin texture.

The box didn't come with great directions but I was able to find some great videos online. This is painful but I can tell a difference. Your face will look worse before it gets better. One thing mentioned on video is to not use Vitamin C for the procedure or within the next several days. Also recommend keeping it on the lowest pen setting for at-home use.

I am not new to Dr Pen products and was happy to get to try the newer A10 version. I like how you can customise both the length of the pins and its operating speed to your preference. Having a rechargeable battery also allows for the ease of use as there isn’t any wire to get in the way when you’re gliding the pen across your face. This is great for someone who is a relative newbie to microneedling but wants to invest in a device that will last a long time and offers value for money (especially since it comes with a selection of cartridges).

I got this pen to use on my dark pigmentation on my cheaks and sides of my face. I was a bit nervous at first, but the instructions and looking up videos on how to properly use this device really gave me confidence to do it. It wasn't too bad on pain and the end result was worth it for me. Two of the dark spots I had are completely gone, which were the lighter of them but prominent spots. I am really excited about these results and will be continuing to use this on my other spots.

I’ve had my skin microneedled professionally at the cost of $1000.00 for 5 sessions. I really liked the results so I decided to try doing it myself using the Mr. Pen. I do want to note that you should do a lot of research and watch all the videos you can before doing your own microneedling. You are creating tiny holes in your skin that could easily get infected if you don’t follow proper and sterile procedures. Having said that this product is very easy to use. Since it chargeable you can either use it as a cordless pen or plug it in and use it with power. As a cordless pen I can do my whole face easily without needing to charge it. The kit comes with multiple sizes of sterile packaged needles. I mainly only use two sizes, the 12 pin for my face, and the nano pins for the delicate areas like around my eyes. This set is a good value for beginners and I highly recommend it.

This seems to be made of a good quality metal and fits good in the hand. The needles are very fine and wheel glides smoothly over the skin. It's very easy and painless on the face and neck. Comes with a nice case to store and keep it clean. very reasonable price

This micro needling pen is the real deal. It feels substantial in your hand and is so much better to use than those rolling needle devices. The instructions are thorough but before you start make sure you know what you are doing. This is a great at home device that will give you real results.

This is a newer model of Dr. Pen. It is simple and easy to use. The pen is not as bulky, so it's easier to hold when used for the whole face. This electric pen feels less painful than manual roller and covers the small areas much easier than manual rollers. The kit came with 20 replacement cartridges. Since micro-needling should only be done every few weeks, these replacement cartridges will last a while. Other than the well made machine, another good thing of Dr. Pen is the cartridges are readily available due to its popularity. Despite this is a simpler version, it has everything one needs for micro-needling. So the kit is a great value. And a great durable device for any home or salon users.
